As a result, processing and delivery times may vary by product.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully received.

Processing times may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

Most products are prepared for shipment within the timeframe stated on the individual product page or during checkout.

Some products, particularly print-on-demand or made-to-order products, may require additional processing time.

Please review the product listing before placing your order for the most current processing information.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping times may vary based on:

Product type

Fulfillment location

Shipping destination

Shipping method selected

Carrier delays

Weather

Holidays

High order volume

Customs or international processing

Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

If a specific shipping estimate is displayed during checkout, that estimate will generally apply to the order.

Vitaminspoon will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase.

3. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products

Some Vitaminspoon products may be produced or prepared only after an order is placed.

These products may take longer to process than ready-to-ship products.

Because these products are created specifically for the customer after purchase, they may be subject to additional return or exchange restrictions described in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information after an order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Vitaminspoon is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before the order is fulfilled, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier.

If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier.

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

We will work with the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier, where applicable, to investigate the issue.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

For products damaged during shipping, we may request photographs of:

The damaged product

The shipping packaging

The shipping label

Any visible damage

This information may be required by our fulfillment or shipping partners to process a replacement or other resolution.

8. International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by product.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate international shipping information and for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may be longer than domestic delivery times.

Vitaminspoon cannot guarantee that international orders will clear customs within a particular timeframe.

9. Multiple Products in One Order

If an order contains multiple products fulfilled from different locations or by different fulfillment partners, the products may arrive in separate packages.

You may therefore receive more than one tracking number or delivery notification for a single order.

10. Shipping Delays

We understand that customers want their orders to arrive as expected.

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase, we will provide the applicable notice and options required by law.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be offered the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the order for a refund.

Federal rules generally require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for their stated shipping times and provide specific remedies when an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe.

11. Affiliate Products

Some products discussed or recommended on Vitaminspoon are sold directly by third-party retailers through affiliate links.

When you purchase an affiliate product, the third-party retailer is responsible for fulfillment, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Please review the retailer’s shipping and return policies before completing an affiliate purchase.

12. Contact Us

If you have questions about an order or shipping, please contact:

Vitaminspoon
Email: contact@vitaminspoon.store

Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing order.

Effective Date: September 26, 2026Last Updated: September 26, 2026 Thank you for shopping with Vitaminspoon.
